Terms & Refund Policy

Thanks for ordering from The Crafty Trunk! Everything we make is made by hand, just for you. These terms explain how ordering works. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Custom, made-to-order items

Most of our items are personalized and made after you order. We make each item exactly as you enter it — please double-check names, spelling, sizes, colors, and quantities before you check out. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and because every piece is handmade, small variations are part of its charm.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. For business and group orders paid by invoice, we start production once the invoice is paid.

Turnaround time

Production time is listed on each product or order page. It's our best estimate and starts once payment is received. If something will take longer than expected, we'll let you know.

Delivery and pickup

How your order gets to you depends on the order — delivery, pickup, or shipping details are shown on your order page or confirmed with you by email.

Refunds and returns

Because custom items are made just for you, all sales are final and we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or a typo entered at checkout.

If we made a mistake — the item doesn't match what you ordered, or it arrives damaged or defective — email us at mycraftytrunk@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it, with your order number and a photo. We'll remake it, fix it, or refund you, whichever works best.

Cancellations: you can cancel for a full refund until we start making your order. Once production has started, we can't cancel it.

Digital files can't be refunded once downloaded. If a file is broken or won't open, contact us and we'll make it right.

Your designs and logos

If you send us a logo, photo, or design to use, you confirm you have the right to use it. We may decline any order we aren't comfortable making.

Sharing our work

We love showing off finished pieces and may share photos of our work. If you'd rather we didn't share yours, just let us know — and we never post children's names without permission.

Limits of our responsibility

If something goes wrong with an order, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
