The Crafty Trunk is a small, family-run shop. We only collect what we need to make and deliver your order, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name and email address, plus a company name and phone number if you give them.
- Order details: what you ordered and any personalization you enter — names, sizes, colors, or notes (for example, a child's name for a class shirt).
- Photos or designs you upload as a reference for a custom order.
- Payment: handled entirely by Stripe. We see that you paid and the amount, but never your full card number.
How we use it
To make and deliver your order, send order confirmations and updates, answer your questions, and keep the business and tax records we're required to keep. We won't send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Children's information
Parents and guardians sometimes give us a child's name or size so we can personalize an item. We use it only to make that item. Our site is meant for adults; we don't knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
Who we share it with
Only the services that help us run the shop, and only what each one needs:
- Stripe — payments and invoices
- Supabase — securely stores orders and uploaded reference photos
- Resend — sends order emails
- Cloudflare — hosts the website, blocks spam bots, and measures visits anonymously
We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. Your cart is saved in your own browser so it isn't lost if you refresh, and our visit counting is cookie-free and doesn't identify you.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for business and tax purposes. Reference photos and personalization details are only used for your order.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing mycraftytrunk@gmail.com. We'll keep only what we're legally required to.
